Our newest development at Bollo Lane in Acton will deliver up to 900 new homes including 50% affordable living. This ambitious £365m development will bring a range of community benefits including green space, new pavements and cycleways, and a retail area.

POSITIVE IMPACT REPORT
The WLP has pledged to undertake social value assessments before, during and after the developments we build, to measure the positive impact of our new communities within and beyond the physical boundaries, and the enduring possibilities for the people who live and work there. As part of our undertaking to measure impact, we have published our first Positive Impact Report. The report introduces the social, economic and environmental benefits we aspire to realise at Bollo Lane and sets out our partnership commitments.
